Use of Personal Folders Back Up Tool

After consulting with one of Microsoft's live consultants regarding how to
best back up my full Outlook pst files, I was directed to download the
"Microsoft Personal Folders Back Up Tool" @

After installation, it says: The Personal Folders file (.pst) that you want
to back up must be open. If the file is visible in Folder List, it is open.

On the File menu, click Backup.

Here is the problem...when I open my Outlook and go to File, I don't see any
options for "Backup". Am I looking in the wrong place?
