use data from one form on another form

I have a resource form. This form is used for inputing available resource
information. It contains name, dept, discipline and availability by week 1
thru 15. I would like to be able to see and/or edit some of this data on
another form that is for required work. As we update the required work form,
there are times when we need to change the availablility of the selected
resource. Right now we just toggle back and forth between the two forms. If
I could get the data to update from either form that would save us some time.
Any suggestions?

Try making one for a subform of the other. Link them with a common field.
