Use combo box to specifiy record

I have a switchboard which, when the button for the report is clicked, will
give me a pop up box asking which vendor I want the report for. Is there a
way to make this pop up box into a combo or list box that the user can pick
the vendor as opposed to typing in the name of the vendor?

May seem obvious but just a thought - why not just put the combo box on the
switchboard. If there is a rewason for using a popup let me know (yes you
can make a combo box popup.

Thanks so much Wayne-in-Manchester!! I am pretty new to Access and I didn't
even think of that. I will make an attempt at putting in on the switchboard.
If I have any problems with it (I usually do) or if I am told it needs to be
a pop up, I will post again.

I tried putting the combo box on my switchboard, but it won't let me go to a
report, as opposed to a table or a querie. Yikes! Any suggestions?
