Use All my Contacts

Hi there,
WIN XP Prof with Outlook 2002 SP1.

How can I set Outlook so that everytime I want to use a contact from my
list, it chooses from all of my contacts and not the most recent or
frequent ones?

It already does that; you are talking about the cache list here. If you do a
name check it will choose from all your contacts not just your cache list.
