use a function in a table field

Hi
I need to put a function inot a table but cannot figure out / remember
how.Long time since tried this!
I pasted the code into a module and I now need to access the code from the
table. It is a function that works out age from d.ob.
Can anyone tell me simply hoe tp ut the code in to the table?
