USB problem

I accidently unplugged a camera from one of the usb ports as windows was
installing the driver for it. Now the port doesn't work for any device.

I've tried removing all usb related devices from device manager and letting
windows reinstall them but to no avail. I have all updates.

Any ideas? I can't figure it out.

Forgot to mention, when I plug something in, I get an error message 'the
installation failed because a function driver was not specified for this
device instance'
