USB on Biostar M6TBC/Intel 82371

I am running a Celeron 333 on a Biostar M6TBC motherboard
and am getting an error "This device cannot start (code
10)" on the USB ports--"Intel 82371AB/EB PCI to USB
Universal Host Controller". The driver is from Microsoft
dated 11/14/99 and is version 5.0.2183.1

Driver details shows 4 files as follows:
WINNT\System32\drivers\uhcd.sys
.. . . .\usbd.sys
.. . . .\usbhub.sys
.. . . .\usbui.sys

I tried to get new drivers from Intel, but they come in
cab files with a setup program and when I try to load them
with the setup program I get a message that Windows 2000
drivers will be used. I have not been able to find
drivers from Biostar, as they no longer have drivers for
this motherboard on their site.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Thought I was up to date on service packs, but checked the
computer and was not. Unfortunately, this did not fix the
problem--uninstalled and reinstalled the USB driver after
installing SP4 and it sill "cannot start". Any other
ideas are welcome.

thanks!
