USB memory stick disappaers when logged on to Domain

Hello,

I have a customer with Vista on a HP notebook . USB memory stick shows up in
my computer OK when logged on locally.

But does not show up when logged on to windows SBS 2003 Domain.
Win XP machines are fine.

Is there a setting that I'm missing ??

More than likely, when logging into the domain, you are mapped to network
drives. I would suspect that the drive letter of the USB device is the same
drive letter of a mapped drive.

You will need to go into Computer Management and change the drive letter of
the USB device.
