This is what it said:

Rio Carbon Owners - NO DRIVER CD required, except for 98SE.
Drivers for your Rio are built into your operating system. If asked for
a driver CD or driver location when you connect your Carbon, direct the
Wizard to your Operating System CD or location of the CAB/Installation
files on your hard drive. This includes Windows ME, Windows 2000,
Windows XP, Macintosh OS X.

Windows 98SE Users must use the Rio CD to install mass storage drivers
for Rio Carbon.

Yes - I've checked snow dog - I don't have install disks, corporate computer.

Did you first try to direct the wizard to:

C:\WINNT\Driver Cache\i386

And it found nothing?

Anyway, here ya go, hopefully this will work for ya....I did a simple
search on google & came up with this page.....See if your drivers are on
