USB Mas Storage Devide (not recognised)

Hi,

Not sure whether I am in the right forum. I have a query regarding my pocket
hard disk drive. I think it's a Seagate ST94019A (Model No: LU255U). When I
plug it into my laptop it does not recognise it (unknown device). However,
when I plug into my sister's laptop it works fine. My little USB stick works
fine however on my laptop. When I go into Device Manager it tells me that the
device does not have a driver but I don't know where to get the driver from.

Does anyone know what I need to do?
