This may be the cause of my USB Wheel Mouse not booting up as well enery
time. I have a USB microsoft game stick and a USB Nostromo N52 game pad and
a USB 160GB External hard drive connected all of the time. They all boot up
and always work fine even when the USB Icon has not appeared in the System
Tray. Only the Mouse doesn't always boot. And it doesn't depend on whether
the USB System Tray Icon is present if the mouse will boot up or not. What I
have to do if unplug the mouse from the USB connector it is plugged into and
find another open USB port that it will work in. I may have to try 3 or 4
other ports before it is recognized and turns on. By the way it is an
infrared wheel mouse. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks
