how do I get a copy of kbWinXPpreSP2fix kbfix kbbug
KB830638 which is microsoft's hotfix for windows xp to
recognize a usb hard drive?
 
How about the Windows Update site. Go there and let it scan your system. If
you are missing something, it should list it as either mandatory or
recommended.
