I am trying to install xp onto a raid0 configuration, but have no access at
all, to an fdd to install the F6 RAID0 drivers.

The choice of USB fdds allowed by XP [by itself-ie. the original without any
SP's installed] is extremely limited by virtue that there were very few USB
1.1 drives at the time that it was released.
Question...is it possible to 'slipstream' the[newer]usb 2.0 drivers[from sp1
or sp2] into XP's [original]cd installation directory? and would these
'upgraded' usb drivers allow a greater selecttion of ''newer'' usb fdds to be
used, thus letting me install the F6 RAID0 drivers?

If your going to go through the effort to slipstream USB drivers into your
install disk, why not just add the RAID drivers instead?
