usb driver for digital camera

I have an Olympus E 10 digital camera and both the
olympus and microsoft websites say that XP should already
have the drivers for the camera. However whenever I try
to plug the camera into the USB port windows says that
there are no drivers found and the camera is listed as an
unknown device. I am stuck could someone please help????

Hmm, well make sure the camera has good batteries and
that it's turned on, the system won't see it if it's not
on, secondly make sure the USB is active in the bios, you
may want to delete and try readding the port.

Hi,
Put the XP CD-Rom in CD-Drive and "send" Windows looking for the drivers on
it.
Believe me: they are there!
