USB Drive

Trying to find help creating a bootdisk that will provide access to an
external USB 2.0 WD Harddrive. Lots of info about it, but cant sort it all
out yet. Anyone here have a verifiable tried and true method to accomplish
this? Or a link to where I can get solid advice along with the appropriate
drivers and autoexec.bat and config.sys recomendations?

Your Windows CD is bootable. booting to that should make your external hard
drive available.
