usb drive cannot be seen in my computer

I am having trouble with my usb drive in that it works
when Im logged in as administrator it works fine, however
when logged in as a user I cannot see it in my computer so
cannot use it ? Any suggestions please.

Try reinstalling the Drive when logged on as User.
