USB device not found

Despite having installed SP1, my USB doesn't recognise
any plug-n-play USB device like flash drive or printer.

Appreciate any solution. Thanks!

Go to Device Manager and check if you have a big yellow
question mark for Universal Serial Bus Controllers. This
may most likely be grouped uner " Other device". Double
click on this, and follow the installation instruction.
This should install the USB driver from SP1 to boost your
USB to "enhanced" state.
