I installed a USB 2 card to my PC to connect an external
hard drive. Is there a way or a utility to confirm the
post is USB 2 and working at the higher sopeed?

TIA.
 
Look in the Device Manager and under the USB Controllers for the card, you
should see the word "Enhanced" indicating it's correctly installed.

Thanks, cari. I do see Standard Enhanced. Any utility
out there to check transfer speed?
