USB 2.0 HDD converted from FAT32 to RAW

A old laptop drive, installed in a USB 2.0 case to store
pictures, changed from a FAT32 to RAW filing system. The
files can't be seen unless I put the drive back into the
laptop and use dos through the boot disk. How do I re-
convert the drive back to FAT32 or retrieve the files?

hi, I take it for granted you are using win xp ? if so,
go to control panel/Performance and
Maintenance/Administrative Tools/computer management/disk
management/right click on the drive you wish to convert,
and format. you will get your drive back to fat32, but
what about your pic's. how were they saved to your
camera, fat32, or raw ? I have never had much to do with
dos command lines so I cannot help you with the problem
of saving your pic's sorry ! I will try to find out.
