USB 2.0 Drivers

I have a USB 2.0 hub but none of the drivers from
windows\system32\drivers will load. Can someone try to
help me please?
 
Is the hub plugged into a USB 2 capable port? The hub will not give you USB
2 if plugged into a USB1.1 port.
