usage of my email address to send mailS

How does someone get to use my email address to send
loads of pornographic ads all over the world...which then
don't get "delivered" and are returned to my box as
undeliverd,filling up my mailbox since last Friday.
I have changed my password,but this also doesn't help
matters.
Advice/Answers?

They grabbed your email from a newsgroup, webpage, someone's contact list,
you, somewhere.
They faked where they were senind it from.
They used it to spam millions of addresses.
All that bounce - bounce back to you.. Because they don't know anything but
what the email header tells them - the FAKED email header.

Nothing you can do but change email addresses and be more careful what you
use it/where you put it/etc.
