For All URL's:in IE>Tools>Internet options>General tab. click on "Clear
History" roughly halfway down.
For specific URL's: Caution: I've never done this specifically, but try...
C>Documents and Settings>Owner (or whatever name you use)>Local
settings>History. Select and open day in question; this should get you a
list of visited websites. Right click on unwanted one and then click on
Delete. I do go here but clean up everything daily. It all comes back for
the next day.

It worked then I knew it did when everytthing was deleted and figured
individual items would also go. Glad I could help.
