Urls in the history Drop down box

Yesterday my 9 year olf son hit the drop down box in IE to go to a website
that I had typed in a few days before.

In addition to teh sites that I have gone to, there were also PORN sites in
there. I know he didn't type them in, I know I didn't type them in.

A couple of weeks ago I downloaded and installed ad-aware becsue I was
getting all kinds of various pop-ups and it removed lots of junk.

Is it possible that a pop up could have left an entry in the typed History?
 
Hmmm anyone else have access to the PC? You could always
go to the following page, download hijack this and do a
scan with it and post a log here or at their website and
we can see if something else is going on
