When shutting down in windows XP I get a window that says
url tracker shutting down, but it never shuts down. I
half to do a control-alt delete, and end task. How do I
get ride of it. Help please.
 
It is a third party program, Scott. Uninstall it, if you don't have a need
for it. Check msconfig and Add or Remove, runkeys, etc.
