Captain Jim

If i want to send a Website address to someone how do i do it without
typing the whole address in my outgoing e-mail. In other words if i
wanted to send a link let's say to www.deltaairlines.com but only want
it to appear in my e-mail as DELTA. How do I do that. Then they would
just have to click on DELTA and it would bring them to the website. Am
I making myself clear. Thanks for any help.

When composing your email, you'd type the word DELTA, then highlight it.
While it's highlighted, right-click on the highlighted text and select
Hyperlink. There you will have a field to enter the address you want them
to go to when they click on the text you selected.
