URL message

I keep receiving a message that my URL is preventing the server to move on
to my mail box--or to anything requiring a paaword or secure place . Any
ideas??? Thanks.

That's not the complete error message.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
