It's worked ever since Windows 3.1 but starting yesterday active links just
lie dormant and it's a cut and paste job to get XP Home +SP2 to display the
site.

Close Outlook Express and Internet Explorer. Click Start, Run and enter

REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL

Next, click Start, Run and enter INETCPL.CPL and go to the Programs tab and click Reset Web Settings.

I should have said I am Using the standard XP setup of IE6 and OE6.
