URL Links disappear when forwarding a message

Is there a way to forward a message and have the URL Links remain? When I
forward a e-mail with links in them it converts them to plain text and the
HyperLinks do not work. Any suggestions I am using OLE03 on a Pop mail
account? thanks for the help.

It converts them when pressing Forwards, when sending (check Sent Items
folder) or when the message is being received by the recipient?
Any 3rd party software installed which may cause this?

You are correct I never did check the sent folder indeed it did convert them
back to active URL's thank-you.
