URL error in hyperlink to file

I created a hyperlink on my main form to open an excel spreadsheet saved on
our network for quick access. However it opens the spreadsheet and does not
display the data, only the area around the sheet. You can sse other programs
through it as if it were transparent.

Does anyone know how fix this. I think it's a bug...

Further to this, it only seems to do this with Excel. And when it "half -
opens" it has the web controls toolbar open.
