URL address

I use url masking for two of my webs. When I leave www.evenstephen.com via
the "Angry" link and go to www.theangry.net, the address url is still
displaying evenstephen.com. Using FP2002 I need to set the target as _blank
but I don't see how to do that in the "modify link" option in the Link Bar
Properties tool or by editing the _border file. Can someone help?

You cannot set targets for individual links in FrontPage link bars.

Yes, do not use FP Navigation components...manually create your navigation and use FP Include Pages
to place the navigation on all pages.
