Editing Tob Border

I've been trying to edit the url links in my top border
(www.evenstephen.com) so as to mask the url through domainit.com's url
forwarding program with both text editor and page view. The edit does not
hold true after I close the file. I checked the FP Help page at MS but I
found nothing there to help. Suggestions? Thanks!

The problem is not the URLs in the shared top border. The problem is
your settings at the domain forwarding site.

Here's how it works. You have the link URLs to pages at your
(personal/user) site in relative format. On you domain forwarding
control panel at your domain registrar, you make sure you select domain
forwarding for ALL pages--not just the home page. Registrars may use
different terms for it, so check their Help or talk to them if it's not
clear.
