Urgent!

Dear All,

I set up Visual Studio.NET 2005 days before and uninstalled it
yesterday in an unusual way---because I cannot uninstall it using the
application Microsoft offers me!
Then after delete every file stored in my computer mannually, I
cleaned my registry using TuneUp Utilities 2006. After that, a problem
happens: each time I start my computer up and connect to the Internet,
a alarm occurs saying:

"An unhandled win32 exception occured in ZCfgSvc.exe [848]
Just-in-time debugging this exception failed with following error;
Unspecified error. Check the documentation index for 'Just-in-time
debugging errors for more information."

How does this possibly happen? How to solve it? Thx!

Waiting.....................

FYI:

File ZCfgSvc.exe is called Zero Configuration Service, it is part of Intel's
ProSET utilities and installed by the drivers for many of Intel wireless
network cards. It enables you to configure your wireless adapter and
connection through the Intel ProSET icon in the System Tray.

When manually deleting VS, you must have inadvertantly removed something
needed by Zero ....

I would try and re-install it or if it has a repair option, repair it.
I have it on my system, Add/Remove , click on Intel Proset and chose
Change, then repair.
