.net framework error

On my netbook, with xp, whenever I start it up and log in, I get an error
message saying "unhandled exception has occurred in your application" and
when I click details the following message shows up. I would like to fix this
problem if it is one and if its not I would like to get rid of this message,
it is quit annoying seeing as I am always shutting it down and restarting it
since i take it everywhere

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

Some program that you have running at startup which was built using .Net
Framework is failing. You simply need to determine what that program is and
then you will know how to address the problem (upgrade or patch the
program, stop the program, uninstall the program, etc.).
