Don't know what is the maximum and your "user" will probably be able to
successfully accomplish that task but it certainly won't be "at once". That
user will have to use the "File -> Open -> Outlook Data File, browse to .pst
file, click OK" for 100+ times. That's going to take awhile. If this is a
task that this user will perform repeatedly, even if the repeated tasks are
separated by weeks or months, that user or your company might want to look
into getting software that will merge .pst files. For the cost of the
software, it won't take too many wasted man-hours over multiple users or
repeated tasks before you've lost the cost of the software doing all the
work manually.
