Do you know if all setup configurations will be retained
or lost if I convert a 120-day trial version of XP Pro to
a fully licensed copy? Will I need to completely rebuild
the machine??? Thanks!

If you use your full retail version of WinXP Pro to perform an
in-place upgrade, all of your settings, applications, and data should
be preserved. Unfortunately, though, things can go wrong in a small
number of cases, so you'd be wise to back up any important files
before starting.
