Urgent! PPT Viewer autorun wants to acces the trusted zone?

Hello All,

For tomorrow morning (so it is a bit urgent) a PPT autorun CD has to be
delivered and for an unknown reason - a second before it starts up - Zone
Alarm keeps saying that "it wants to acces the trusted zone"? And it will
not start unless you yes or no? If I run any autorun cd made earlier (last
week or last year) there is no problem at all!?

Shiam Pilai's Tool box showed some hyperlinks to a computer from the client,
deleting those hyperlinks did not solve the problem.

Composing autorun by hand or using the Package for CD esxport tool does not
make any difference...

we are getting desperate...

Anyone any idea?

Thanx

Have a look here, Guurt:

PowerPoint connects to the internet unexpectedly

Also, the ZoneAlarm log should show you at least the URL or IP address of the
resource PPT's trying to locate; it'd be worth checking that too.

Thanx Steve,

We couldn't find it so, eventually the presentation of 349 slides was cut
down chapter by chapter to trace the location and ofcourse in the last
chapter on slide 347 (always start at the other end of the logical starting
end...) there was some link, but still couldn't find anything strange about
the slide. So the slide was deleted and rebuilt and...it worked! No more
hassles from mean backdoor internet connections!

But thanx anyway!
