URGENT : Please help !

Hi,

Please could you advise on the following error message I receive whilst
trying to download any files from my hotmail.com account.

"Internet Explorer cannot download ...tmail.com&_lang=EN&country=UK from
64.4.22.250

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

I can telnet to 64.4.22.250 on port 80 successfully and ftp to this IP
address.

Try adjusting your IE security setting to a lower level.

Just tried lowerin the security level but it didnt work :-(

Any other ideas?

Thanks. I have tried the recommended but it made no difference :-(

It's something to do with Internet Explorer and Hotmail but what ???
