Urgent! Network/ AD problem

I have a windows 2000 AD domain, one site one server, 20
XP stations are connected to domain. On some stations the
service Net Logon wouldn't start (others service is OK).
on all stations event log error 1054/ 1053 is genareted.
on the server side event log 5774, 5513 errors are
genareted.
any idea why?

Please copy paste the entire 1053 and 1054 event
Also the 5774 and 5513 events.

1. Any changes of late which you feel these errors states might be
attributed to
2. Specially domain wide changes like Group Policy, SP, Rolling out an
AntiVirus
3. Whats diff on the good workstations and the bad workstations - do
they have an additional software running at startup.
4. PLEASE check the dependencies of the NETLOGON service from
services.msc
