URGENT need to Recover an Outlook Profile

I was trying to fix a connection problem in a user desktop. I removed
the user's Outlook profile and created a new one. That fixed the
problem but now she has lost all the addresses recorded in the TO:
drop down list. Is there any way to recover the list or the Outlook
profile I just deleted?
This is URGENT!
Thank you very much for your help.

Do a search for their NK2 file. If you didn't delete the Windows profile, it
will be there. You didn't say what O/S, usually it's under documents &
settings, their profile, either local settings or application data. Look for
the Microsoft folder, then Outlook folder.

Dear Kathleen,
Thank you so much for your extremely helpful answer. I was able to find the
Default Outlook Profile.NK2, renamed it and got the old settings back. User
is using Win XP as OS and OUtlook 2003. Is there a way to save/export the
list of "remembered" addresses that Outlook uses to autofill the To box?
Thanks again, you really really saved us.
Sandy

You can just copy the NK2 file to a location where it can be saved (network,
USB, CD, etc.).
