URGENT... URGENT....
When I click any of the browsers like My Computer, Windows Explorer or folder shortcuts
on my desktop a blank windows appear on the screen. At the left bottom of the blank windo
shows some objects but I can not see them. By the way I can not close this window unti
use the task manager to end of program. By the way when I click the task manage
performance bar shows 100% and process bar shows winlogon.exe 30 ~ 90 cpu usage.
How can I solve this problem
