Urgent help with JPEG Images!!!

Hello,

For the past few months, I've been having a real problem with my JPEG images. When I post them on a message board, or send them as an E-Mail attachment, they all become blurry and distorted. I'm not sure whether this is the best place to ask for help but I'll try.

Maybe Microsoft don't really know about jpegs? Ah well...... Please could somebody help me?

You may be choosing to save the JPEG images with high compression, which
will take away from the quality. Also, the server may compress the image to
save space. Perhaps lower image dimensions and less compression is the fix.
