URGENT help require ==> Default web site does not diplayed through internet

Dear All,

I have launched my website in below default web site folder

c:\inetpub\wwwroot\nisikiweb\index.htm

We are able to access this page between intranet users by putting intranet
IP address 192.168.0.5 but we are unable to access same page using internet
dynamically assigned IP address i.e. 219.64.148.40

Is there any settings to be done in internet service manager to access this
page from internet.
Please note, I am not using static IP.

Since you're not using a static IP address, you'll also need to sign up for a
free No-IP domain name, or an equivalent.

Please note, I am not using static IP.

It would be useful to know your network setup. If you have a border
device - router or modem - you will need to configure that.

Say you are on the Internet from another location, and you wish to
access the website. You will put the internet IP address into your
browser. I assume that this is also an external address of your
router. The router must be configured to route all traffic for this
address to the intranet IP address.

It would be nearly impossible to access the website using the Internet
address from the Intranet. Packets would have to be routed from the
Intranet to the router, then routed back in again. Possible, but not
recommended.
