Hi,
Just done an interactive Cd which is viewed through 97 pp viewer and shows a
pps 2000. Withi the presentation there are links to Word docs mainly
containing j-pegs.
The Word Docs is made in Word 2000. This is going to be replicated on 36000
CD rom business cards hence the urgent help. Recently in a presentation when
showing a similar presentation - all was well as the auto-run CD runs the
pesentation through the viewer, but when the Word Docs where launched through
the viewer it was opened in Word 2003 which is fine but it displayed the
dreaded virus warning. Can someone help by checking this out to see whether
a newer version of Word on a CD opening an older version brings out the virus
warning. I can get around this by putting as HTML page launching the Word
Docs or PDF files (PowerPoint does not display the warning when the hypelink
is pointed to an HTML file) but I rather not do that and have the links open
the files direct. Any help or suggestion is appreciated.
