Urgent: download.trojan virus.windows explorer shutting down

my com is infected with download.trojan virus. after i remove the virus windows explorer encountered a problem and needs to closed. Error signature-AppName: explorer.exe AppVer:6.02600.0 ModName: ~8776688170/tmp ModVer:0.0.0.0 Offset: 00003a6a. any idea how to recitfy this
