URGENT BUG: Windows mail purging inbox

J

Jared \(Home\)

Hi,

While I was pushing key sequence in a hurry, I have now managed to tell
Vista Windows Mail to purge my inbox on LostFocus from Treeview.

This is a mega flaw/bug and I can not imagine any setting or option that
would enable such destructive viral damage to my data.

Who ever said RTM was worse than Pre-Alpha is 100% correct.

Jared.

Jared;
If you told Windows Mail to delete the contents of the inbox, that is not a
bug when the contents are deleted.
It is not "viral damage" either.
Check the "Deleted Items" box as long as you have not set to bypass that box
as well.

Got it. It was a combo box in top right corner that 'hides all read
messages'

You were pretty quick to blame Vista for your short-comings young fella.

Turn off your PC forever. Don't think you should be using one.
