Upside down images in 2002 Version

I am having problems with inserted images appearing upside
down when a 2000 presentation is opened in PowerPoint 2002
Version. Please help.Some of the text also moves quite a
bit
..

This is a known issue. For images, you can take a preventive measure with
this free add-in http://www.mvps.org/skp/unflip.htm . It is design to flip
the images correctly when you open a presentation created in an earlier
version in PPT 2002/2003. Note that, it cannot fix the problem if the
presentation has already been opened and saved in PPT2002/2003.
