uploading website

keep getting message
server error:write error on file".Thumbs.db.tmp."
they hosting company has tried to remove thumbs file that was already there
and see if that worked. We've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling
extentions. Nothing has worked so far
help?

Delete them on the remote server and from inside your local website. They
are created when you browse images in the website folders from an outside
thumbnail viewer - don't do that.

Avoid viewing the local copy of your site with Windows Explorer, which creates the thumbs.db by
default. You should only open the local copy via FP.
