Uploaded site different from actual files

Background: I'm making a page for a Scout troop. It's
basic stuff, just loaded from the Project web template,
I'll get around to fixing it later. That's not the
problem. I fired the folder containing all of the stuff
up to the administrator, who uploaded it a few days
later. Thing is, what he uploaded
(http://www.smhall.org/Scouts/Troop496/index.htm) is a
version of the site that's two weeks older than what I
setn him in the first place. I'm looking at the actual
site right now on my computer, and there is no
Discussions page, the Archive page is blank, and the
Schedule page has no "this week" and "next week" sidebar.
I can't think of any possible way to fix this, since what
I'm looking at is perfectly fine and what is uploaded is
completely different; has this happened to anyone? I
don't think that I can fix this without some help, since
I don't know how to fix something that doesn't appear to
be broken but doesn't work right anyway. Thanks.

How are you transferring the files to the admin?
How is the admin uploading the files?
Does the server have the FP extensions?

You need to be able access and publish directly from your local copy via
FP's http mode to the server. Also once the discussion web is established
with live posting, you can not make changes to it on you local machine and
then publish, as this will overwrite the content on the server, you have to
be able to open the site directly in FP to make changes.

I can view the archive page (using the above link you've given) and the
schedule page seems OK.

You may need to delete your temp internet files, or adjust the setting in your
browser to check for new page every time you request/view the site.....it seems
to be at the moment, taking the pages from your web cache/temp internet files
(which won't be the current version sitting on the server)
Being that I've just visited the site, the first time, it downloaded all the
changes you say you can't see.

Try hitting F5 (refresh) or equivalent.
