Upload Speed Very Slow?

iam running windows xp pro, and my internet is super slow.
iam downloading at 12.56mbps but my upload ain`t but
44kb, I have all of the updates, no viruses, ads remove,
defrag, run disk cleanup, clear cmos, i have done all. If
anyone can help i would be Very Greatful.

There is something wrong with whatever is giving you those numbers. There is
no way you are downloading at 12.56 Mb's with a DSL connection. The best
I've seen on my cable was just over 3 Mb's.

Ok Hoss, I'll buy that. By the way, that's darn good for DSL.

I take it, the upload speed is what you are concerned about. The norm is:
Upload speed will be around 25% to 30% of download speed at best. You're
doing good in that respect too. There may be some systems that offer more
but, I don't know of any....."Wish I had a T3",... just dreaming.
