Upload from Mac?

Can ANYBODY tell me if it is possible to upload files from a Mac to a server
that is using FrontPage? I can log on from a PC just fine, but transferring
everything to that PC to upload is a nightly pain. I've searched everywhere
for an answer. The server says it cannot enable both FTP and FrontPage at the
same time, so I'm stuck with FrontPage. Any help or even just a no it cannot
be done would be appreciated.

You could create a separate subweb under FP and then just FTP to that subweb folder using 3rd party FTP software

Thanks! That would be soooo easy if it works.
Just so I am clear (as the server seems to need DETAILED instructions and I
have to use what is provided by the client):
If the website is at say www.mycompany.com;
The folder I currently upload to is mysite.mycompany.com;
Is that already a sub web?
Sorry my knowledge of FP is nil. All I know is that FTP cannot be enabled
for www.mycompany.com because of its usage and configuration.
I still don't understand why my PC (that does not have FP) can connect and
my Mac can't.

mysite.mycompany.com is subdomain, not a subsite or subweb.
